Training will be held at Buffalo EOC, 555 Ellicott Street, Buffalo, NY 14203

What happens after I complete the pre-registration?
Buffalo EOC staff will reach out to everyone who completed the pre-registration forms.

How do I know if I qualify for the training?
  • Training Application Requirements:
    • City of Buffalo Resident
    • State issued Driver License or non-driver ID
    • High School Diploma / GED
    • Income Documentation
Is the training paid?
No, it is not paid training.

Will we make the information translatable?
Not at this time.

How many people can a class hold?
15- however, there will be multiple classes through summer and fall.

Will there be more than one location?
We are working on developing other partnerships to provide additional training.

What is the agreement with the Unions?
If you complete this training, you can get a job on-site; however, this training is not a pre-apprenticeship to a union membership.
